    A: You have to be 18 years of age to apply.

    A: You have the option of paying your rent online or mailing your rent into our office.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Apply online and select the option for a pet. There is a $200/refundable pet deposit and a $50/non refundable pet fee.
  • Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    A: If your roommate meets the application requirements, s/he will be able to takeover the remainder of the lease.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: Fill out our notice to vacate form and turn it into our office.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: As outlined in your lease, you are responsible for any repairs under $100. Any repairs that exceed $100 and are not a cause of negligence or neglect on your part, will be taken care of by the management company.
