Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?
A: Yes, we provide direct deposit.
Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A: As your representative, we will sign the lease on your behalf,
as outlined in your property management agreement.
You are able to view the lease at any time.
Q: Do you sell real estate too?
Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: We send checks via direct deposit by the 15th of each month.
Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: Rent is collected on the first of each month. We will send out owner
statements and direct deposits by the 15th of each month.
Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: A minimum of a 12 month lease unless otherwise approved.
Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: One month’s rent. * Subject to change depending on credit.
Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
A: Now! Please fill out our request for information form and
someone of our staff will be in touched with you.
Q: What type of properties do you manage?
A: Single family homes, duplexes, and multifamily.
Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?
A: Owner’s statement, monthly maintenance, by the 15th of each month.
Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?
A: The security deposit is held with our company in compliance to Indiana Law.
